Tabling

We always appreciate having a space at conferences for informal networking and one on one conversations to take place, for independent radical publishers and distros to sell the material they produce or distribute, and for organizing projects to engage people directly in a less formal context than a workshop room.

We'll have a lot of space for tabling, but it's not unlimited. If you're interested in tabling, please send us an email at mobconf2012-at-gmail.com with:

• The name of your project
• A brief description, including a link to your website if you have one
• What you'd like to distribute at your table
• Whether you will be selling things at your table
• Whether you'd like to table on both Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd, or on just one of those days
• Whether you'd like a full 6' table ($40, for two days) or a half table ($20)

We'll be sorting out the tabling details and contacting tablers we can accomodate by April 1st at the latest (and hopefully sooner!), so please get your request in as soon as possible. We'll send you a link to pay for your table once we've accepted your request.
